The PPC-16 is made of stainless steel mesh which is then coated with TiO2 (titanium dioxide) to break down irritants and micro-organisms through the new generation of air purification technology known as Photo Catalytic Oxidation. This process works by exposing irritants to UVC light and a catalyst, such as TiO2, to oxidize, or break down, the micro-organism in the air as it passes through. The then oxidized germs are then turned in to harmless carbon dioxide which is simply CO2 and water. Best of all, this whole process is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and completely free of chemicals and fumes. All you will smell is fresh, clean air day in and day out. Your employees and clients will no longer be plagued by harmful bacteria, viruses and germs in the air as they will be eradicated through your business’s air circulation unit.
