PetAirapy knows the importance of proper air circulation to control environmental pet allergies and the spread of viral and bacterial diseases such as kennel cough and canine influenza.

That is why we offer our Thermostat to accompany our PA-160 and PA-260 in-duct units. Viruses, bacteria and allergens such as mold, pollens, ragweed and dust can easily build-up inside of your business’s HVAC system during those times when your system is not running as frequently. When your system turns on again, these built-up irritants are then dispersed throughout your facility to plague you, your employees and your clients.

PetAirapy offers this programmable Thermostat that is not commonly carried or found for heating/cooling or HVAC systems. This specially designed Thermostat has the features of setting and maintaining the desired temperature for your facility but what sets this Thermostat apart from the rest is the option to program your system for proper air circulation. You can set the fan to automatically run every 10, 15 or 20 minutes each hour to ensure accumulation of allergens, mold, bacteria and viruses does not occur. When your HVAC system is not running, it allows allergens, mold, bacteria and viruses to linger inside and multiply. Once your HVAC system is on again, this accumulation is forced through your ventilation system and into the air you and your clients are breathing inside of your facility – making the spread of airborne diseases more likely. For pet businesses, we recommend the fan to run every 15 or 20 minutes to protect your business from these diseases and even a possibly outbreak.

This programmable ability is especially important during those in-between seasons when your HVAC system is not running as much or at all. The Thermostat will keep your temperature within plus or minus one degree to be sure the desired temperature is not altered while keeping your business safe.
