Shipping & Delivery
Unless noted otherwise, Residential and Portable units will ship within two business days upon receiving order. Professional or custom units will ship within two weeks of receiving order, depending on the product ordered.
Notification will be sent via e-mail or telephone alerting you that your item has been shipped. If you have questions or concerns about your order or shipping, please contact us.
Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the unit and the recipient’s zip code. Total shipping charges will be displayed during checkout process on the “Review and Submit Order” page, prior to your order being placed.
PetAirapy uses FedEx for all their shipping methods.
